Throughout this page, the terms "you" and "your" refer to the user, customer, or visitor.

Stock, Index & ETF Trading Risk

Trading stocks, indices, and ETFs involves substantial risk. The value of equity-based instruments may rise or fall, sometimes rapidly and sharply, and you may lose part or all of your invested capital. Corporate actions, earnings releases, geopolitical events, monetary policy decisions, and changes in market sentiment can cause significant price movements that no indicator, signal, or automation can reliably predict.

Forex Trading Risk

Trading foreign currencies ("Forex") can be challenging and potentially profitable, but it carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Before deciding to participate in the Forex market, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk propensity.

Any transaction involving currencies involves risks, including but not limited to changing political and economic conditions that may substantially affect the price or liquidity of a currency. The leveraged nature of Forex trading means that any market movement will have an equally proportional effect on your deposited funds - this may work against you as well as in your favor.

We do not recommend that you invest any money you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with Forex trading and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.

Cryptocurrency Trading Risk

Cryptocurrency trading may not generally be appropriate, particularly for those with limited financial resources, limited experience, or low risk tolerance. The volatility and unpredictability of cryptocurrency prices may result in significant loss over a short period of time. Transactions in cryptocurrency may be irreversible, and accordingly, losses due to fraudulent or accidental transactions may not be recoverable.

Cryptocurrency trading requires specialized knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and underlying technology. Any individual cryptocurrency may change or otherwise cease to operate as expected due to changes made to its underlying technology, including but not limited to a "fork," a "rollback," an "airdrop," or a "bootstrap." Such events may dilute, redirect, or completely destroy the value of an existing position.

Before getting involved in cryptocurrency trading, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk propensity. We do not recommend that you invest any funds you cannot afford to lose.

Indicators, Scripts & Automations - Specific Disclaimer

ZynAlgo's indicators, scripts, dashboards, signal generators, alerts, automations, bots, and execution tools - including but not limited to ZynAlgo Trendline, Mini Dashboard, S&R Pro, and any current or future Automation product - are technical analysis tools, not trading systems, signal services, or financial advisors.

These tools may produce incorrect, misleading, delayed, or unexpected outputs due to (without limitation): bugs, data feed errors, exchange or broker outages, network issues, third-party platform changes (TradingView, NinjaTrader, Discord), incorrect parameter selection by you, market gaps, low-liquidity conditions, abnormal volatility, or fundamental changes in market behavior.

You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying that any indicator, script, or automation behaves as you expect, on a demo or paper account, before risking real capital.
• Configuring, monitoring, and supervising any automation or bot you choose to run.
• All routing of alerts, signals, or webhooks to brokers, exchanges, automation systems, or third-party tools.
• Every trading or investment decision made on the basis of any output produced by the Service.

ZynAlgo does not execute trades on your behalf, does not monitor your account, and does not accept responsibility or liability for any trading or investment outcome.

Alerts, Webhooks & Third-Party Automation

The Service may allow you to create, schedule, export, or route alerts (including via email, mobile notifications, webhooks, Discord notifications, Telegram bots, or other integrations). All alerts and signals are provided solely for informational and educational purposes.

Delivery of alerts is not guaranteed. Alerts may be delayed, duplicated, dropped, or interrupted, and may fail entirely due to third-party services, connectivity issues, rate limits, exchange outages, or other factors outside our control.

If you choose to route alerts, signals, or webhooks to a broker, exchange, copy-trading service, or any other automated execution system, you are doing so entirely at your own risk. ZynAlgo does not validate the safety, suitability, or correctness of any third-party execution layer and accepts no responsibility for trades placed, missed, or mis-routed as a result.

Hypothetical & Simulated Performance

Hypothetical or simulated performance results, backtests, equity curves, win-rate statistics, and trade logs presented anywhere on the Service - including but not limited to our website, our marketing materials, our community channels, our YouTube videos, our advertisements, and our customer testimonials - have certain inherent limitations.

Unlike an actual trading record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Because the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors such as lack of liquidity, slippage, broker fees, swap costs, partial fills, and order rejections. Simulated trading programs are generally designed with the benefit of hindsight and are based on historical information.

No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. We have no basis for believing that individual experiences depicted are typical, considering that results vary significantly given many factors - including but not limited to skill, risk management, capital size, market conditions, broker, latency, emotional discipline, and the fact that trading and investing are very high-risk activities where it is likely you will lose money.

As a provider of technical analysis tools, automations, and educational content, ZynAlgo does not have access to the personal trading accounts or brokerage statements of our customers. Market Data, Delays & Platform Differences

Market data used on our website and within our products may include data licensed from or provided by third parties (including but not limited to TradingView, NinjaTrader, brokers, exchanges, and crypto data aggregators). All data is provided "as is" and should be independently verified before being used for trading purposes.

Data, calculations, indicator outputs, signals, or backtests on the Service may differ from those produced on other charting or brokerage platforms due to differences in data vendors, time stamping, rounding, corporate-action handling, contract specifications, session definitions, or execution-model assumptions. If a strategy or backtest is emulated, exported, or replicated to a different platform, results may differ - sometimes materially - for these and other reasons.

The Service relies on, links to, or integrates with third-party platforms and tools, including but not limited to TradingView, NinjaTrader, Discord, Telegram, GoHighLevel, Stripe, PayPal, brokers, and exchanges. ZynAlgo is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, availability, security, or terms of these third parties.

• Use of, or reliance on, any indicator, script, automation, signal, alert, dashboard, course, mentorship, or any other content or feature of the Service.
• Errors, bugs, delays, downtime, data feed issues, or interruptions affecting the Service or any third-party platform on which it depends.
• Any trading, investment, or financial decision you make - whether or not influenced by the Service.

In no event will our liability exceed the amount you have paid to ZynAlgo for the specific product or subscription giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event, as further limited by our Terms of Service.
