Overview
ZYNALGO GLOBAL LLC ("ZynAlgo", "we", "us", or "our") respects the privacy of information that identifies you or is identifiable to you ("Personal Information"). We want you to understand how ZynAlgo processes Personal Information and how you can submit privacy rights requests to us, in compliance with the various laws in the United States, Canada, the European Union (GDPR), the United Kingdom (UK GDPR), and other countries that govern ZynAlgo's processing of Personal Information (collectively, "Data Privacy Laws").
Our processing of Personal Information is governed by those Data Privacy Laws and by this Privacy Policy (this "Policy"). This Policy applies to all websites, indicators, dashboards, automations, scripts, signals, alerts, mobile applications, Discord and Telegram communities, courses, mentorship programs, and subscription services operated by ZynAlgo (collectively, the "Service" or "Products").
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
Section 2
Children
We do not intend to, and do not knowingly, process Personal Information about individuals who are minors in the jurisdictions where they reside ("Children"). The Service is intended for users who are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
Individuals who are Children should not provide any Personal Information to us, and individuals should not provide Personal Information to us about Children. If we discover or are informed that we have collected Personal Information about a Child, we reserve the right to delete that Personal Information from our systems immediately. Parents or legal guardians who believe their child has provided Personal Information to us should contact us at [email protected].
Section 3
Personal Information We Collect
ZynAlgo provides technical indicators (free and premium), dashboards, automations, signals, courses, and community access that integrate with financial platforms such as TradingView, NinjaTrader, Discord, Telegram, and others. We may receive, collect, and process the following categories of Personal Information:
3.1 Identifiers
- First and last name
- Email address
- Billing address
- Phone number
- Username and account credentials
- TradingView, Discord, Telegram, or NinjaTrader usernames or IDs (when you connect them to access licensed products)
3.2 Financial Information
- Credit or debit card information, billing details, and payment history.
- We do not store full payment card data ourselves. All payment processing is performed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe and PayPal). We only receive limited tokens or metadata (for example, last four digits, card brand, expiration date) needed to manage subscriptions and refunds.
3.3 Technical Information
- IP address, device identifiers, browser type and version, operating system, language preferences, time zone, referring URL, and pages visited
- Session identifiers, cookies, and similar tracking technologies
- Log files describing access times, error logs, and usage patterns
3.4 Communications
- Messages you send to us via email, contact forms, live chat, Discord direct messages, Telegram, or other channels
- Survey responses and feedback you choose to provide
- Recordings or transcripts of customer support conversations (where permitted by law)
3.5 Marketing Preferences
- Subscription status for newsletters, promotional emails, and product announcements
- Engagement metrics with our marketing communications (such as opens and clicks)

How We Collect Personal Information
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect Personal Information when you:
- Visit any ZynAlgo website or landing page.
- Create an account, subscribe to, or purchase any Product.
- Connect your TradingView, Discord, Telegram, or NinjaTrader account to access licensed indicators or community channels.
- Communicate with us directly or indirectly via email, support tickets, live chat, social media, Discord, or Telegram.
- Sign up for our newsletter or marketing communications.
- Participate in surveys, contests, giveaways, beta programs, or promotional events.
- Otherwise interact with us, our partners, or our Service.
ZynAlgo has collected Personal Information in the last twelve (12) months and processed it for the purposes described in this Policy.
Section 5
Sensitive Information
ZynAlgo does not intend to, and does not knowingly, process Personal Information that is of a sensitive nature - including racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, health data, sexual orientation, or precise geolocation ("Sensitive Personal Information"). If we discover or are informed that we have collected Sensitive Personal Information without a lawful basis, we reserve the right to delete that information from our systems.

Legal Bases for Processing
We process your Personal Information based on one or more of the following legal bases under applicable Data Privacy Laws:
- Performance of a contract: to provide the Products you have subscribed to, manage your account, process payments, and deliver customer support.
- Legitimate interests: to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access; communicate with users about important Service updates; and grow our business.
- Consent: when required by Data Privacy Laws, including for marketing communications and certain cookies. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
- Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, tax requirements, anti-money-laundering rules, and lawful requests from public authorities.

How We Use Personal Information
ZynAlgo may process Personal Information to:
- Provide, develop, maintain, and enhance the Products and our websites.
- Fulfill your requests when you subscribe to or purchase the Products.
- Authenticate you and grant access to licensed indicators, dashboards, and Discord/Telegram channels.
- Communicate with you about the Products and send transactional notifications (purchase confirmations, invoices, license updates, renewal reminders, password resets).
- Provide customer support, respond to your requests, questions, and feedback, and resolve disputes.
- Process and complete transactions, including payments, subscription renewals, refunds (where applicable), and chargebacks.
- Personalize your experience with the Service.
- Send marketing and promotional communications about features, offers, promotions, and events that we believe may be of interest, where permitted by law.
- Maintain the safety, security, and integrity of the Service - including detecting fraud, license sharing, abuse, automated scraping, and other unauthorized activity.
- Conduct analytics, research, and product development to understand how users interact with the Service.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including tax, accounting, anti-fraud, and law-enforcement requests.
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and protect our rights, property, and the safety of our customers and staff.
Section 8
Disclosure of Personal Information
Except as necessary or appropriate to provide the Products to Customers, ZynAlgo does not disclose Personal Information about you to other Customers or unaffiliated third parties. However, we may disclose Personal Information in the following circumstances:
- At your direction: if directed to do so by you or your authorized legal representative.
- Legal requirements: if required by Data Privacy Law or any other applicable law, rule, regulation, legal process, subpoena, warrant, or order of any court or governmental agency or authority.
- Service providers: to third parties necessary or appropriate to provide the Products, such as cloud hosting, IT and security providers, customer support platforms, communication tools, email and SMS service providers, analytics services, payment processors, and any other vendor required to operate the Service. These vendors are contractually bound to protect Personal Information.
- Professional advisors: to attorneys, accountants, tax professionals, financial advisors, and auditors, where necessary or appropriate.
- Corporate transactions: in connection with a sale, merger, consolidation, change of control, transfer of substantial assets, reorganization, financing, or liquidation of ZynAlgo or any of its affiliates.
- Marketing partners: to entities that perform marketing, advertising, or market research on our behalf, subject to confidentiality obligations.
- Protection of rights and safety: to enforce our Terms of Service, protect the rights, property, or safety of ZynAlgo, our users, or others, and investigate or prevent fraud, security issues, or abuse.

Your Privacy Rights
Depending on the Personal Information that ZynAlgo holds about you and the manner in which we process it, you may have the following privacy rights under applicable Data Privacy Laws (including GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other state and national privacy laws):
- Right to be informedabout how your data is processed and the categories of sources.
- Right to knowwhether and how your data is sold, shared, or brokered.
- Right to accessor receive a copy of your Personal Information.
- Right to rectificationof inaccurate or incomplete Personal Information.
- Right to erasure("right to be forgotten") of certain categories.
- Right to object & opt outof certain processing activities.
- Right to restrictthe processing of your Personal Information.
- Right to opt out of sale/shareof your Personal Information.
- Right to data portabilityin a commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Right to withdraw consentat any time where processing is based on consent.
- Right to non-discriminationfor exercising your privacy rights.
- Right to lodge a complaintwith your local supervisory authority.
9.1 How to exercise your rights
To make a request concerning these rights, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request" and include enough information for us to identify you and the request you are making.
- We will confirm receipt of complete requests within ten (10) business days.
- We will substantively respond to all such requests within thirty (30) days, subject to any lawful extension of that period.
- There may be a delay in processing while we verify that the request is valid and originates from you.
9.2 Limits of these rights
Please be aware that there may be valid reasons for us to refuse a request, including legal and regulatory requirements that we retain or process certain information. Some requests may also limit or prevent us from providing the Products to you. In those cases, we will notify you in writing within thirty (30) days.
ZynAlgo will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights - we will not deny Products to you, charge different prices, or provide a different level or quality of Products solely because you exercised a privacy right.
Section 10
No Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
ZynAlgo does not sell, share, trade, or exchange your Personal Information in any way, including for itself or any unaffiliated third party (as those terms are defined and used in Data Privacy Laws such as the CCPA/CPRA).
If and to the extent you want to opt out of any sale, sharing, trading, or exchanging of your Personal Information, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information", and we will address such requests as described in Section 9.
Section 11
Automated Decision Making
ZynAlgo does not use automated decision making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. We do not make decisions based solely on automated decision making that affect your eligibility for Products, pricing, or any other matter that has a significant impact on you.
We may use automated systems for limited operational purposes (such as fraud detection, license enforcement, anti-bot measures, and personalization of content), but these systems do not replace human review where it is required by law.
Section 12
Data Retention
The duration we retain Personal Information varies, depending on the type of Product, the duration and depth of our relationship with you, and the nature of the Personal Information in question. ZynAlgo retains Personal Information for only as long as is necessary or appropriate to:
- Provide the Products and fulfill our contractual obligations to you.
- Comply with legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations.
- Resolve disputes, defend our legal rights, and enforce our agreements.
- Operate and improve the Service, where consistent with applicable law.
When Personal Information is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymize it, unless retention is required by law.
Section 13
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
When you visit our websites, ZynAlgo may place cookies (small text files containing a randomly assigned identifier) on your device, as well as use similar technologies such as web beacons, pixels, and local storage. We use these technologies to:
- Remember your preferences, language, and login state.
- Personalize the look, feel, and content of the Service.
- Analyze how the Service is used, measure performance, and improve usability.
- Deliver relevant marketing and remarketing advertisements (where permitted by law).
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
Using cookies, we may also collect information such as your IP address, username, session identifier, browser type, pages viewed, referring web pages, and general online behavior for performance and marketing purposes.
You may decline cookies by modifying your web browser settings or by using the cookie banner where available. If you decline cookies, however, you may be unable to use all functions of the Service, or the Service may operate less efficiently.
Section 14
Data Security
ZynAlgo implements reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect Personal Information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures may include:
- Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest where appropriate.
- Access controls, role-based permissions, and authentication for staff.
- Monitoring, logging, and alerting on suspicious activity.
- Use of reputable cloud providers and payment processors with industry-standard certifications.
No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is one hundred percent (100%) secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and notifying us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

International Data Transfers
ZynAlgo is based in the United States, and our service providers may be located in the United States or other countries. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your Personal Information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries that may have different data-protection laws than your country of residence.
Where required by law, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms - such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, equivalent UK transfer mechanisms, or your explicit consent - to lawfully transfer Personal Information across borders.
Section 16
Third-Party Platforms and Links
The Service may rely on, link to, or integrate with third-party platforms and tools, including but not limited to TradingView, NinjaTrader, Discord, Telegram, GoHighLevel, Stripe, PayPal, Google, Meta, brokers, and exchanges. Your use of these third-party platforms is governed by the privacy policies and terms of those third parties, not by this Policy.
ZynAlgo is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, accuracy, security, or terms of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing Personal Information to them.
Section 17
Do-Not-Track Signals
Some web browsers transmit "do-not-track" (DNT) signals to websites. Because there is not yet a common understanding of how to interpret DNT signals, the Service does not currently respond to DNT signals. You can manage cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in Section 13.
Section 18
Changes to This Policy
ZynAlgo reserves the right to change or amend this Policy at any time and for any reason, including to remain in compliance with Data Privacy Laws or to reflect changes in our Service. The updated Policy will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to you by email or via a notice on the Service.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Policy, you must stop using the Service.
