Overview
This Refund Policy constitutes our complete policy on refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and payment disputes for all products and services offered by ZYNALGO GLOBAL LLC ("ZynAlgo", "we", "us", or "our").
All products are licensed, not sold. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given to them in our Terms of Service.
Section 2
Eligible Products 7-Day Refund
Standalone retail indicators
ZynAlgo Trendline, Mini Dashboard, S&R Pro, and other individually priced indicators sold as a one-time purchase.
Automation & VIP plans
All Automation products, VIP / VIP Elite / VIP Ultimate subscriptions, renewals, mentorship, and bundled bonuses.
We offer a 7-day refund window on the purchase price of standalone retail indicators, including (but not limited to):
- ZynAlgo Trendline
- Mini Dashboard
- S&R Pro
Conditions:
- The refund request must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 calendar days from the original purchase date.
- Refunds are issued at our sole discretion after review.
- Refunds will not be granted if there is evidence of abuse - e.g. downloading or capturing the indicator's logic, redistributing it, sharing access, or repeated purchase-and-refund behavior across accounts.
- Once a refund is issued, your access to the refunded product is permanently revoked.
Section 3
Non-Refundable Products and Services
The following products and services are final sale and strictly non-refundable, in whole or in part, under any circumstance:
- All Automation products (bots, automated execution tools, signal-routing automations, etc.).
- All VIP subscription plans (VIP, VIP Elite, VIP Ultimate), whether billed monthly, yearly, or as a lifetime/promotional purchase.
- All renewal charges on recurring subscriptions.
- Mentorship, educational courses, community access, and bundled bonuses.
- Any product purchased with a discount code, promotional offer, or as part of a bundle.
It is your responsibility to cancel recurring subscriptions before the next billing cycle. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current or past billing periods.
No refund for forgotten or unintended auto-renewals. You expressly acknowledge and agree that forgetting, neglecting, or otherwise failing to cancel auto-renewal before the next billing cycle - for any reason whatsoever - does NOT entitle you to a refund, partial refund, credit, or pro-rata adjustment. This includes, without limitation: not seeing or not reading the renewal-reminder email; the email landing in spam, promotions, or another folder; losing access to the inbox or email account associated with the purchase; being on vacation, traveling, ill, or otherwise unavailable; bank, card, or payment-method issues that did not actually decline the charge; an outdated billing address or contact information; changes in your personal financial situation; or any third-party platform or device issue. Auto-renewal is a feature you knowingly and expressly accepted at the moment of checkout, and the responsibility to cancel on time rests entirely and solely with you.

How to Request a Refund & Processing
For eligible products under Section 2, contact [email protected] with:
- Your full name and the email address used at checkout
- Order ID / transaction reference
- The product name
- A short reason for the request
How your request is processed

Review by our Finance team
Each eligible request is reviewed and processed by our finance department within 15-30 calendar days from the date the request is received.

5-10 business days
Disbursement to your bank
Once your request has been approved and fully processed, the refunded amount is returned to your original payment method / bank account within a further 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important
No disputes during processing
Initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, bank reversal, or other claim while your refund request is still under review or being processed is a violation of this Policy. Doing so will immediately void your eligibility for the refund and may trigger the consequences described in Section 6.
Section 5
No Refunds Outside This Policy
Any request for a refund that falls outside the conditions of Section 2 - including but not limited to dissatisfaction with trading results, change of mind, lack of trading skill or experience, broker incompatibility, market conditions, or failure to read product documentation - will be denied. By completing a purchase, you confirm you have read and understood this Refund Policy.
Section 6
Chargebacks, Disputes & Refund Threats
We take payment integrity seriously. The following provisions apply to all customers, with no exception, and specifically apply to the non-refundable products and services described in Section 3.
6.1 No threats, coercion, or extortion
Attempting to obtain a refund - to which you are not entitled under this Policy - by means of threats, coercion, public defamation, harassment, intimidation, or extortion (including threats of chargebacks, lawsuits, negative reviews, social media campaigns, doxxing of staff, or community brigading) will be treated as a material breach of these Terms. Upon detecting such behavior, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:
- Immediately and permanently terminate your account, license keys, indicator access, automation access, VIP membership, Discord access, and any other Service access - without refund.
- Permanently blacklist the customer, their email addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, TradingView/NinjaTrader/Discord IDs, and any associated accounts from any current or future ZynAlgo product, brand, or community.
- Withhold any pending bonuses, affiliate commissions, referral credits, or community rewards.
- Pursue legal remedies, including claims for breach of contract, tortious interference, defamation, and recovery of legal fees.
6.2 Chargebacks and payment disputes
Filing a chargeback, payment dispute, PayPal/Stripe claim, or bank reversal against ZynAlgo for a charge that is valid under these Terms - particularly for non-refundable products under Section 3 - is considered fraudulent and a material breach of this agreement. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, you authorize us to:
- Immediately suspend and permanently revoke all access to your account, products, automations, subscriptions, and community channels, regardless of the dispute's outcome.
- Submit evidence to the payment processor and card network, including these Terms, the Refund Policy, your acceptance record, your purchase history, your usage logs, and any related correspondence.
- Recover the disputed amount, plus any chargeback fees, administrative fees, processing fees, and legal fees, by any lawful means, including referral to a collections agency and reporting to fraud-prevention databases (TradingView, NinjaTrader, Discord, Stripe Radar, and similar).
- Pursue a counterclaim for fraud, breach of contract, and damages.
6.3 Evidence and records we maintain
To defend against unjustified refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, and refund threats, ZynAlgo maintains, retains, and reserves the right to use the following records and evidence at any time, in any forum (payment processor, card network, fraud-prevention database, court, arbitrator, regulator, or proportionate public response to defamatory claims), without further notice to you:
- Acceptance records of these Terms of Service and the Refund Policy at the moment of checkout - including timestamp, IP address, browser fingerprint, geolocation, and explicit consent (such as the "I have read and agree" checkbox tick) where applicable.
- Order and payment records - invoice, transaction ID, billing email, billing address, payment method, processor metadata, AVS/CVV match results, and all communication with payment partners (Stripe, PayPal, and similar).
- Access provisioning logs - timestamped records of every moment indicator access, automation access, license keys, VIP membership, Discord roles, TradingView invite-only access, or NinjaTrader machine activations were granted to, modified for, or used by you.
- Usage and activity logs - login events, indicator-load events, automation runs, signal/webhook activity, dashboard usage, alert events, and any API events linked to your account, license keys, or device identifiers.
- Screenshots, recordings, and exports of your purchase confirmation, your account dashboard reflecting active access, your community/Discord interactions, and (where applicable) your support conversations.
- Communication records - email threads, support tickets, live chat transcripts, Discord/Telegram messages, and any voice or video calls in which you participated.
- Subscription history - every renewal, every advance renewal-notice email sent to your address, every cancellation interface impression, and every opportunity you had to cancel prior to being billed.
By purchasing or using any ZynAlgo product, you expressly consent to our collection, retention, and use of the records above as evidence. We may submit, quote, reference, or publish this evidence to banks, card networks, and payment processors; fraud-prevention databases and shared blacklists (Stripe, PayPal, TradingView, NinjaTrader, Discord, and similar); courts, arbitrators, regulators, and law-enforcement authorities; and publicly, in proportionate and good-faith response to defamatory reviews or claims that misrepresent our Service.
You acknowledge that this evidence is typically conclusive in showing that (i) the Service was delivered as promised, (ii) you received and used the access granted to you, and (iii) you accepted these Terms - including this Section 6 and this Refund Policy - before completing your purchase. Any chargeback, dispute, or claim filed in contradiction of this evidence will be treated as fraudulent under Section 6.2.
6.4 Try support first
Before initiating any dispute, please contact [email protected]. Most issues - billing errors, duplicate charges, access problems, technical glitches - can be resolved quickly and amicably. Sections 6.1, 6.2, and 6.3 are intended to deter abuse, not to penalize good-faith customers.

This Refund Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the ZynAlgo Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this page and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
